A 2024 Campaign Suggestion for the GOP

LPR calls on the Republicans to settle on a shadow government after the 2022 congressional elections.

The GOP, by January 1, 2023, should agree to candidates  for president, vice president, and also nominees for secretary of state, secretary of the treasury and secretary of defense and UN ambassador.  These candidates and potential nominees should not only travel around the country after January 1, 2023; they should also issue position papers, write op-ed articles and send in letters to editors of the totalitarian media rebuking them for disinformation -- and base the 2024 presidential campaign on the conservative populism of Federalist No. 57.  And the Republican members of Congress must support the national ticket with one voice.    (Dissent from freedom should be unacceptable for Republicans.)

In short, the Republican Party must be aggressively zealous in defending our legacy of liberty against the totalitarian left that aims  to crush freedom in America.  To borrow from Madison in Federalist No. 57, the Republican citizenry must nourish the American spirit of freedom and Republican officials and would-be officials must be nourished by the American spirit of freedom.
