The Latest on the Michael T. Flynn Case

November 5, 2020 --

It is  more than two months  since the federal appellate court for the District of Columbia sent the case back to United States District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan to act with "appropriate dispatch" on Flynn's Motion to Dismiss.  It is one month since attorney Sidney Powell filed a Motion to Disqualify Judge Sullivan for bias.

The latter motion alleges that Judge Sullivan and others have delayed the case "hoping that Democrats will win the election and a Democratic administration will continue the persecution of General Flynn."

LPR has a hunch that the ordeal of the former national security adviser will end only with the re-election of President Trump or action by the Supreme Court of the United States with a bench that now includes Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
