This "What's Up?" photo was taken in November 2003. LPR here posts the photo in hopes someone will explain
just what is going on up above.

LPR took this Subway pigeon photo earlier in May on the southbound platform of the IND 161st Street station. LPR reported the pigeon to police and was advised not to worry, the pigeon lives at the station.
