Review strongly recommends senior citizen discounts for New York City
parking violations. After all, in NYC they give senior discounts for
movies. Do we need parking ticket discounts any the less, particularly
when the tickets are some six times the regular price of movie-going?
In New York City,
appeals to officials to remove burdensome regulations make little impression.
Burdensomeness is indeed the rule. To create an image
of a senior citizen groundswell is more likely to get the attention of the
politicians. Come on seniors, WE WANT PVB DISCOUNTS.
