From an AP story on Biden, January 8, 2021 …

Biden Calls Trump 'Unfit' but Doesn't Endorse Impeachment

President-elect Joe Biden says President Donald Trump isn’t “fit for the job,” but he repeatedly refused to endorse growing Democratic calls that he be impeached for a second time.

Simply apply LPR's Rule on Leftist Accusations Against Donald Trump and Republicans:  Take the charge and  apply it to the accuser. (Note, too, that the AP report also makes Biden out to be a dissembler. He did nothing to stop Impeachment II.)

The accurate counting of honest ballots cast by bona residents is not "voter suppression" …

Why can't Republicans in Congress and in state capitols -- and the conservative media -- place the words  "false claims" in front of the false claims from leftists of "voter suppression." After all, the false claims from the left apply to any attempt by the states to ensure accurate counting of honest balloting cast by bona fide residents.

Indeed, why can't Republicans respond quickly and effectively to all the phony propaganda that leftists spew out?

A False Report …

... was being bandied about how once the correct balloting would show that President Trump actually defeated Biden, Mr. Trump would become president again. How could that be achieved? Another concocted tale from the deep state, perhaps.

A Huge Whopper from The New York Times …

The paper, in a story, July 3,  on the candidacy of Alvin Bragg for Manhattan D.A., listed itself as one of the groups endorsing the Bragg candidacy in this way:   "The New York Times Editorial Board (which is separate from the newsroom)." Like heck it is.

LPR thinks …

… that California's ban on state-funded travel to Florida, Montana, Arkansas, North Dakota and West Virginia for their legislation on transgender matters contravenes Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 (the Commerce Clause) and Article IV, Section 1 (Full Faith and Credit) of the Constitution. States are not supposed to interfere with interstate travel, nor disrespect the laws of other states. Or is this California's first step towards seceding from the Union?

In view of this statement from Donald J. Trump …

"We won the election twice and it’s possible we’ll have to win it a third time. It’s possible," he said. -- will the media now say that if Trump insists he was twice-elected, he is barred, by Article XXII of the Constitution, from running a third time?

Naked City on YouTube …

Episodes of the wonderful Naked City crime series of the late 1950's and early 1960's are available via youtube.

The May 29, 1963 program, "Barefoot on a Bed of Coals" starred Steven Hill, before "Mission: Impossible" and way before "Law and Order."  This episode also had a young actor playing a holdup guy with a toy pistol, shot by Hill.  The actor's name:  Dustin Hoffman.

BIDEN: RECORD HEAT IN PORTLAND MEANS WE MUST SPEND MORE TO FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE

What's Biden going to do, place a canopy over Portland and install city-wide air-conditioning?

Let the word go forth:  air-conditioning, the answer to climate change.
