PR's Immediate Reaction to the Incendiary Indictment of Donald J. Trump by the Deep State::

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel should have encouraged the following statement from the GOP candidates for president: "Standing with President Trump in this time of political crisis in our country, we are ending, immediately, our campaigns for president and call on the American people to join with us in supporting the re-election of Donald J. Trump to be the 47th president of the United States."

On becoming a millionaire on government pay ...

When he was vice president, Joe Biden's wealth was put at $2.5 million. Today, six years later, it is estimated to be $9 million. Are we to conclude President Biden became a millionaire by skimping on lunches the decades he has been in government? Or maybe he did well in the Ukraine stock market the past six years?

LPR Thoughts ...

Congress should give original jurisdiction to the Supreme Court of the United States to hear any case that would be brought against a former president provided, of course, that the Supreme Court accepts the case.

McDaniel's debate condition -- and McDaniel -- out the window

Ronna McDaniel recently announced that GOP presidential debate participants must agree to back the eventual nominee. With Chris Christie opposed to another Trump White House. bid -- that McDaniel diktat is out the political window.

BTW -- when will McDaniel step down as RNC chair for being silent while 45 -- going on 47 -- is under fierce political attack from the anti-democracy Democrats?

For 2024:

Vive la Trump Restoration! And a bas la Resistance (which, now properly understood, is sedition).

If House Democrats Support a Budget Agreed to by the GOP Speaker....

...more likely than not they are confident the agreed spending cuts will never happen

McConnell's no "Kentucky Republican"

(From The Washington Times, May 30)

"Also on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch Mitch McConnell, Kentucky Republican, voiced their support for the agreement."

He's a Washington, D.C. Swampocrat.
