LPR Did Not Steal "LPR" From Others …

Via Google, LPR has learned that their are other usages of these initials as shorthand.

One "LPR" refers to "Laryngopharyngeal Reflux" -- a medical condition that might be signaled by heartburn. LPR assures clicksters the initials, as used here, come from Lonely Pamphleteer Review, and were not suggested by any other source.

Rocco Landesman, named by President Obama to head the National Endowment for the Arts. Rocco has appeared previously in LPR, as pitcher of "The Producers" team in the Broadway Show League, and winner of four BSL championships. His other interest, till named to head the NEA, was serving as president of Jujamcyn, owner of several Broadway theaters.

"Obama vows not to send people to war without cause" (giving the commencement address at the U.S. Naval Academy}

In view of the provision in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution, would you change that vow to not sending people to war without a declaration of war from Congress?
