The New York Times, October 17 ran just one editorial: "Under Mr. Trump, America Surrenders." This editorial denounced President Trump for, among other things, refusing to certify the Iran deal, threatening to leave Nafta and indicating that the U.S. will quit Unesco because of this UN agency's bias against Israel. For LPR, these moves are consistent with the president's commitment to make America great again.

Republicans should also take note of the Paul Krugman and Michelle Goldberg columns in the October 17 Times, columns that extend Trump-hate to the GOP. Krugman's October 17 column is called "No Party for Honest Men". Goldberg's October 17 rant, "Save the Phony Weinstein Outrage, Republicans" cites the Harvey Weinstein scandals to charge: "The movie business is corrupt, depraved and iniquitous -- and still morally superior to the Republican Party under Trump.
