Surprise, Surprise, The Washington Post Now Admits to Some Truth-Twisting
[for Democracy-killing Purpose]

March 19, 2021 --

The following is copied and pasted from a Trending Politics.com report about a belated acknowledgment from The Washington Post about dishonest coverage of President Trump:

The Washington Post issued a lengthy correction after published audio revealed it misquoted former President Donald Trump regarding his phone call with Frances Watson, the chief investigator of the Georgia secretary of state’s office.

The report, first published in December, accused Trump of telling Watson to “find the fraud” and lauding her as “a national hero” if she was able to find any.

While the audio did show Trump claiming he won the 2020 election and suggesting Watson would be “praised” after the “right answer” was revealed, The Post’s original quotes turned out to be fake news [Emphasis added].

It turns out that this disgraceful and fraudulent anti-Trump propaganda sheet acknowledges that President Trump did not direct Frances Watson to "'find the fraud.'"  The Post took on a slogan as diversion from its anti-democratic mindset: "Democracy Dies In Darkness."   LPR here would note that this Jeff Bezos owned-rag now regularly attempts to put the cover over reporting to provide the "darkness" to kill our founding legacy of liberty.
